About Our Founder

With a master’s degree in leadership and over two decades of dedicated experience in social work and case management, Robin Little has been a steadfast advocate for individuals navigating some of life’s most challenging circumstances. Specializing in trauma, domestic violence, homelessness, veterans’ issues, suicide prevention, substance use, mental health, at-risk youth, and intellectual disabilities, Robin has consistently demonstrated a profound commitment to improving the lives of those in need.

In addition to her extensive social work background, Robin is a Certified Fitness Trainer, Certified Wellness/Holistic Coach, Certified Kids and Teens Fitness Instructor, and Certified Older Adult Fitness Instructor. This unique combination of skills allows Robin to approach wellness from a holistic perspective, integrating physical fitness, mental health, and overall well-being into their practice.


As a business owner, Robin leverages her diverse expertise to create comprehensive wellness programs tailored to meet the needs of a wide range of clients. Her holistic approach ensures that each individual receives personalized care and support, empowering them to achieve their health and wellness goals.

At B.Y.O.B. our mission Is to empower women, her children, and loved ones to develop healthier lifestyle habits through physical fitness, motivational presentations, nutritional information, and spiritual connectivity. To be transparent by delivering personable and relatable group or private services to specific populations or families that are based on both professional training and lived experiences. To provide an encouraging and nonjudgemental environment to inspire and promote healthier long-term habits to be passed on for generations.
